SCHOOL SPONSORSHIP

The OKC Dream Center is now taking applications for school sponsorships for children.

Guidelines for assistance:

1. Children must regularly participate in a Dream Center Program and be in school. 
2. You must be the legal guardian or parent of the child to request assistance.
3. Complete supply sets and/or quantities cannot be guaranteed. 
4. Requests for assistance must be in no later than July 8th, 2021.
5. We cannot guarantee filling out an application will ensure your child will be sponsored. Requests will be filled out on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified on July 12th, 2021 if your child can be sponsored. 
6. Please list an alternate phone number of someone who can get a hold of you in case your phone is off. 
7. You can pick up supplies on August 1st, 2021 at 2212 SW 55th Street OKC, OK 73119. We will be having a back to school bash for those that have been sponsored. Parents must attend with the child/children that have been sponsored. We will contact you with all of the details. WE WILL NOT DELIVER SUPPLIES.
