REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: April 28, 2025
At OKC Dream Center, we are grateful for your support.
We recognize that errors can happen, and we strive to address them promptly and fairly.
1. Donation Refunds. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to OKC Dreamcenter, we will honor your request for a refund made within 30 days of your donation.
Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. If your donation was made by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same card. To request a refund, please contact us at: chase@dcokc.org
Include your full name, donation amount, date of donation, and method of payment.
2. In-Kind Gifts (Non-Monetary Donations). We do not issue refunds or returns for donated goods or services.
If you have concerns about an in-kind donation you have made, please contact us directly.
3. Event Registrations. If you have registered for an event and are unable to attend, refunds may be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise specified in the event registration details.
