About Our Clothing Closet
“DC THREADS” our clothing closet is open two days a week.
Shoppers select the items their family needs from donations in a thrift store style environment. S
hoppers may shop twice per month.
Weekly Hours: Tuesday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (last shopper taken at 2:30 pm)
Thursday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (last shopper taken at 2:30 pm)
All shoppers must show ID and proof of household members as well as complete the Link 2 Feed intake process *at each visit* before shopping (please see below for acceptable forms of ID).
Special Hours: DC THREADS is open one Saturday per month, typically on the 4th Saturday of every month (with the exception of the months of October, November, and December when special shopping hours are moved to the 3rd Saturday of the month to accommodate the holidays).
The clothing closet is open from 9:30 am – 11:00 am for Saturday’s monthly special shopping hours.

Volunteers are always needed in this program. Come help receive and sort donations, assist shoppers with picking items, and help staff with the checkout process.
If you have a school, church, or youth group, or if you need to do community service hours, contact us by calling (405) 634-2615 or email us at serve@dcokc.org to schedule a day to volunteer.

*We do not accept large furniture items, beds, large luggage, etc. as we do not currently have space to hold them.
